Which '94 Ranger wheels? 14" deer hoof alloys? If so, they won't fit over D35 hubs, not sure about D28. The 15" deer hoof rims like on the 4wd trucks would certainly fit.

on my 90 BII I have the 15" deer hooves, my 94 ranger has factory chrome rims that will not fit over my hubs. So it depends on the rims

any 15 or 16 inch stock ranger or explorer rim should fit your BII.
