Went to start 2 days ago and just wouldn't start. Have since changed oil, New spark plugs and wires, New fuel pump, fuel fIlter is only a half year old. Its a 1992 with a 2.3 in it... Its turning over but no start.

Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Try to add gas or spray quick start into the intake, then crank, if engine fires then dies fuel is your problem.
If it doesn't fire then spark is the issue.

For fuel:
Ford computer turns on the fuel pump for 2 seconds each time the key is turned on.
Fuel pump is loud not quiet, can you hear the fuel pump coming on?

If not, then look in the Engine compartment Fuse box, there will be a 30amp Fuel Pump fuse, check it.
There will also be a Fuel Pump Relay, it should "click" when key is turned on, and then softer "click" 2 seconds later, there is a relay next to this one that will also "click" when key is turned on, the EEC Relay, but it won't "click" again until key is turned off.

If fuse is OK and Relay clicks then your new fuel pump is probably bad.

For spark:
get one of the old spark plugs and hook it to #1 wire, I use a jumper cable to hold the spark plug with other end on battery ground, but you can just set the spark plug against a metal part so you can see it from the cab and crank the engine, bright Blue spark is what you want, yellow is a weak spark.
And obviously no spark would be bad, and what's wrong.
Could be TFI module or bad wires for the TFI module, TFI test and info here: http://www.therangerstation.com/tech_library/TFI_Diagnostic.shtml

Another check for the Fuel Pump is to make sure your Inertia switch(shuts the fuel pump off in the event of an accident) isn't triggered, on the 92 model year the inertia switch should be on the passenger side up at the top of the carpet. Also just making sure, the starter motor is working right?

Find the schrader valve on your fuel rail and push it to see if you have any fuel pressure at all but don't get squirted with gas. The fuel regulator could be a problem too, keep us posted.

I've been through this whole scenario these past two weeks. Best advice.....get a noid plug and a fuel pressure gauge. A noid plug goes inline between the spark plug/wire and will spark when the plug does. If you know you have spark and fuel these are few things left

Not to be a buzz kill. Have you checked the timing belt?

Could be coil pack(s), ECU, or Crank Position Sensor. Now the CPS on my '94 controls the spark and the injectors. So, it is suspect whether you have a fuel or spark condition. Hmmm, or both.

Alright. She is running. I had some faulty wiring going to my gas pump and the inertia switch had be unplugged. That being said, She didn't come back to life nicely. She had very little power and was backfiring. Pulled the plugs and realized they weren't gaped at all (Should have checked before installing) Gaped them (.044?) and got the majority of the Power back, but still backfiring.

Question now is, Timing? CoilPack?

Much thanks for all previous help
