Will AVM hub fit my 99 B3000

"Need Help" Will AVM hub fit my 99 B3000

All the sites (including Rugged Ridge's own site) for the AVM / Rugged Ridge hubs say the 15001.70 hubs are for 98-00 Ford Ranger/01-08 Mazda B-Series Pickup but Can anyone say it will work. Should i even buy the 15001.70 hubs.

idk what a header panel is, but the mazda b series and ford rangers are the same at the frame. just different body panels. but the frame is all that should matter, unless if there bumper somehow wont wrap around the body panels.
