Will a 2.9 intake/fuel injector setup fit and work on a 4.0

Oh and by the way only 2.9's that have badly worn cam bearings tick. They allow oil to drain past them and not up into the lifters,rocker arms and the rest of the top end. This is due to a poor design from the factory however I have heard that newer replacement bearings are suppose to be of a better design and help combat this problem
