Everything under the fenders and hood is the same, BUT, the hood, fenders, and grill are different. You *could* use that 89-92 grill, but you'd also have to use 89-92 fenders, and an 89-92 hood.

You have to rework the headlight mountings. It can be made to work but isn't drop in/plug and play.
