Today driving home from work I was going along good then suddenly my truck just started bogging out so i floored it and it went good again. When i was stopped the idle dropped from my regular 1500+ to below 1000. Then it started running really rough until it slowly died. I started it up having to give generous gas and it fired and I had to keep reving it to stop it from dying. Weird thing though this happens intermittently. It will be going good then just bog out. I know one of the o2 sensors is bad because a while back I got some rich/lean codes and once warmed up the motor misfires due to faulty o2 sensor. So I am thinking O2 senors and IAC. Does anyone else have this problem or would suggest other things to look for? thanks
ps anyone know a good way to get rusted/seized o2 sensors out?

my truck idles at a little under 1000 but it runs fine

Probly not clogged fuel filter because it runs good when it is running good plus I changed it recently.

ya 1500 rpm is a really high idle i dont have a 4l i got a 3L an it idles at like 800rpm an like 1000 when its cold out then drops to 800 or so when it warms up.

probly cuz the iac is buggered im just really stumped on getting the o2 sensors out i dont want to have to take the exhaust off
