Why no Supercab 2.4?

Offroad diesel, the nontaxable diesel, is dyed a bright red. All they have to do is dip something in it to see the color of diesel. It also has a far greater amount of sulfer in it. They will hit you with tax invasion and most likely with impound your vehicle. Not worth the few dollars it will save you at the pump.

Do they check this at those "random" roadside saftey checks?

I have a Supercab with a 2.3L. :icon_hornsup:

I'm not sure about the truck yet, but the car the engine came out of went like a bat out of Hell when the boost gauge hit 15psi. :thefinger:

I'll take my four banger over any V6 any day of the week. :D

Yes, the 2.3L is a little truck with a big heart.:icon_cheers:
Sorry for :threadjacked:

but you need to tell me nipplechops because I'am interested in the future which hopefully I will have money to turbo my truck. What would it take if its even possible?

now back to the topic

I'll throw my two cents,

The Prius looks gawd awful. I mean, the only thing that yells "Buy Me" is its MPG. Couldn't they at least make it look like an actual car. The thing looks nasty.

Call me ignorant, but the most un-american thing you can do is buy an import. Yeah, I know, a lot of the parts and cars themselves are made and assembled in Mexico, Argentina, and other places, but the profits come back to America, not Japan. It's sad what has happened to American companies, but at the same time, you can blame them for not keeping up with what consumer want. You can buy your Toyota if you want, but I'll buy American. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BgVYOX-ZFAc&feature=related cracks me up all the time!)

i agree with you on both points. the prius is ugly and i dont know why manufacturers feel the need to make efficient cars so space-age and fugly. why cant it just look like a car (besides certain styling aspects that effect aerodynamics)? you can bet that if ford made a hybrid ranger option i would drive it (call me gay all you want...but ill still tow my boat and get 30+ MPG doing it with more available torque than your "manly" v-6).

i dont buy new cars, so the vehicles i drive really has little effect on the economy other than supporting the individual.
