Why a broncoii ?

i think the question is, why the hell not a bronco ii?

Exactly!

I like that people think B2's are crap. I make it a point to change their opinion.

Thats how everyone thinks around me until they need pulled out of 3inches of snow in their fwd cars and I pull them out in 2wd. haha thats when they realize how much of a beast the little B2 really is.

Everyone around me thinks Fords are crap and even more so B2's, and i dont know why. I try to change their minds because 99% of them do not have any first hand experience with either a B2 nor a ranger.

Most people i know are chevy or jeep people :dntknw:

i love mine b/c

1. dad had one since i was born, little kid- looking up to his dad, you know.
2. first vehicle
3. short wheelbase and turns good (good for trails or urban mall crawling- tight parking!! lol)
4. 4 wheel drive, nuff said
5. i've just fell in love w/ it, period!!

oh, and last-- it has a 4.0! (not from factory but shhhh.....)lol

It's a nice drive on the highway and absolutely awesome on the trails. That's when it's stock, modified it only gets better.

I love mine...
1) Inherited the rig so it has sentimental value
2) Unique rig to see on the trail
3) Its not a Jeep!

I went wheeling with a few Jeeps yesterday. One of the guys brought his girlfriend out for the first time. She asked me how I knew my Bronco could do what all the Jeeps could. I knew there was no explaining it to her. I just said, its not about the name. And there is a reason I was the tailgunner of the group.

the b2 is different from what "everyone" has. mine runs great and up until this past friday was my daily driver. while pulling dd duty it could still go anywhere and with the d35 in front you dont have to worry about breaking with moderate wheeling. plus if it doesn't have the blue oval on the front it ain't worth owning

I like the way they surprise the people on the trail so many people think that only Jeeps can do Jeep things.
I also really like driving it after my mods very happy and different too.

i was just wondering why some of yall like bronco 2s so much

They are badass mother ****ers, that's why.

I mean look at this thing,

shoulda leaned over to her and asked her how they know that their jeeps could do what the little ford could...

i'm quite sure that ford was actually building 4x4's before jeep even existed... though i can't seem to find any specifics as to when the first 4wd was available... i did find the first 4x4 f-250 as in the 50's?

Why not indeed.Awesome little trucks, easy to upgrade, looks good, and room to haul people.

Ford was helping Willys and bantam build the jeepduring wwII. Ford actually came upwith the jeep grill design, cause it was faster tostampthe front grill than to weld the individual slats in.

There is an article in four wheeler about the history of jeep froma couple of months ago.

Because with only 2in lift and 31's I can follow "Heeps" and 'yota's on 35-37's all day long:icon_hornsup:
And can pull out full-sizes with only a 'lil 2.8l:icon_hornsup:
