Who is this guy?

is it Don Johnson?

I got in by clicking the icon third from the right side top. But i couldn't find the post linked.

Do you have a Lightning? I never knew that.

Here's one of the pictures. There are five more, but they won't copy where I'm at now. I'll try from another loscation later.

Yes, who knew? But this discussion isn't about my Lightning. It's about a Ranger drag race vehicle posted in a Lightning forum. Go Figure.

Sorry. I tried to copy the pics. But he posted them in some strange format that won't copy to my picture file. It's a purple flareside Ranger with a small block Chevy motor. The guy who took the pics didn't post any of the front of the vehicle, but said it's a Toyota front end. Go figure that one, Ranger ass with Yoga front? Who would even do that?

When did they stop making lightnings?

Toyota front suspension clips are frequently used on older rangers as a way to get double wishbones while still having the same bolt pattern, etc. They're lighter and easier to lower than I-beams, which would make sense in a drag truck. So a "Toyota front end" might not be sheet metal, but suspension.

Nah, the guy who saw it said it is a Toyota front end including the sheet metal. Below is what another guy described it as.

it's like a Toyota took some meth and had a three way with a crack head ford and heroine addicted chevy! Im sure dodge watched through a hole in the wall. This is what every rose bud of the trailer park dreams of!
