No. It is all of the small parts but you still need a receiver extension, main spring, recoil buffer, and stock. Also with us living behind enemy lines you need a bullet button, unless you plan on building a "featureless" rifle.

That kits normal, non panic price is $70, so that's not a great price but that guy isn't one of the pricks selling lower parts kits for $250.

Its just the guts, no housing.

Price is pretty high for what it is too IMO... but again it is just about the worse time to buy an AR.

I saw a complete lower for 400 but the more I look the more expensive they get. So I might order one from the site mention a couple posts up.

$400 isn't that bad of a price for a complete lower, even pre-panic prices. Might want to reconsider that one.
