Who has on board air?

I went to the dealership today to look under the hood of a 2025 with the 2.7. There's and area over by the coolant reservoir that is pretty open, right on top of the wheel liner. The wheel liner does not feel strong enough to support a compressor by itself but maybe some sort of bracket could be fabbed to connect to the fender with legs resting on the wheel liner.

Mine stays with me. Bolted down

I did it. Firmly supported by brackets running to the inner fender and to the frame rail and one on the upper fender, then a platform to tie it all together. Solid as a rock. Switch on bracket behind washer fluid fill. Rubber washers under feet to reduce noise and vibration.

The fender liner cardboard like material cannot support anything, don't even try.
