Hi All, new to the forum, but I like what I see! Hoping somebody could tell ne the significance of this broken wire by coils. Just bought the truck and it is running fine, do I need to repair this?

I do listen to one AM station regularly, that explains the inference, thanks Rudy!It is needed if you still listen to AM radio.
Thanks, will do! By the way that truck was originally from Georgia when it was first sold in '97Welcome. It looks like it would go to a missing noise suppression capacitor. Not absolutely needed, but cheap and easy to replace, to fix it right. If you're not going to replace it, pull the pigtail or cap the wire end, as the circuit is a +12v ignition lead and will cause a short if it touches ground.
