Which Walbro fuel pump?

I need to order a new fuel pump this morning and I want to just add the walbro now for future plans of V8 swap.

Currently it is a 1999 4.0 with the RETURNLESS fuel system which requires the higher PSI. I verified intank fuel pressure regulator is working as it should, gas gauge is working as it should, so I just want to replace pump.

Any help with proper part number for this greatly appreciated.

EDIT: Sorry forgot to add that the 5.0 that will be going in is very mild, just a freshened up stocker.

I run a Walbro 450 in my blown 3.0 truck. It's more than enough to support me running e85. I'd imagine it would be fine for your mild 5.0 too.
