which road should i take

I have a 95 ranger. 3.0 4x4. it has a 4" suspension lift and it sits on 31" bfg at's. i have the stock "deer hoof" rims. i want to go up to 33" tires. is that possible with the set up i have. or will i need more lift or rim spacers?
