which gears should i get for my 2wd 3.0 ranger if i want 33's...or should i just keep the 3.73's.....auto transmission

Either 4.56s or 4.88. I think most others would say 4.88.

my 4.0 with 31's and 3:73's is Ok...
but 3.0 + 33's + 3:73's = dead

I had 3.73's with 33's and 3.0 and manual...it was a turd to say the least but it was still drivable. I've since switched to 4.56's and it's alright 4.88 might be a bit much for the highway.

4.88's with 33's will produce about 2500 RPM at 65MPH...just about right for decent mileage.
