Where's the SPOUT?

Mustang guy here, so thinking spout may look like the 5.0 spout, but not having any luck finding it! 1991 3.0. I've searched online and physically. Please and thanks.

Well, it's exactly like a 5.0 Spout.

Found it by pure dumb luck..................it's not in any logical location. Nowhere near any component that has to do with timing, just dangling down off of the wire bundle that crosses over the top of the firewall, on the passenger side where this bundle comes down in between the A/C box and the engine. Ford engineers hung it off the bottom, so you can't readily see it.

This location was not mentioned in any google/AI search, or by the you tube amateur experts.
