Thanks. Will the local auto body supply house mix paint that is ready to put into a gun and spray or will I have to do that? This is going to be my first time spraying anything so I have no clue how to mix the paint.
Can they fade it as well to closer match the other paint on the car?
might see if there's one local. The guys @ the one here are very friendly, and will show you how to mix the paint and everything. I can't express how friendly they were. I was amazed.
You will have to mix it. Its easiest if you buy a few mixing cups. Un fortunatley they cant fade the paint but you can buff the surrounding areas for a better match.
its called the duplicolor paintshop series paint. its premixed laquer in various colors. its about 20 bucks a quart. you just pour it into the gun and spray. any place that sells duplicolor products has this. its very good paint. holds up well. thats what i sprayed my engine bay with. click on my cardomain page right below my rambling
