Where should i get an intermediate pipe?

My '88 ranger's exhaust rusted out between the converter and the muffler and we priced it from O'reily's and they want $51. So, does anyone know where i could get that cheaper? I looked on ebay and they didn't have the right length. My truck is an '88 2.9 super cab (125 wheel base). thanks for any help

It is acceptable to have a few typos or misspellings in a post. I'm not sure why some people use some type of shorthand text messaging prose in posts.

Fixing it for cheaper than $51 might be hard to do. If you want to do things right, it costs money. I would take it to a muffler shop and see what they can do.

i checked out advanced autoparts, O'reily's, and autozone. advanced had it for $44, o'reily for $51, and autozone for $28. If my truck wouldn't be a supercab advanced would only be $19. Needless to say i'm going to order it from autozone.

I got mine for $30. I am looking for a shop that sells the same as Rustedranger's new stuffs. Better get that soon.
