Where is my PCV valve

I looked in my haynes no pic I search the web it is supposed to be under intake manifold drivers side. I spent 1 hour looking. I can't find it. Any help maybe a pic would be appreciated

drivers side under the injector rail. Almost directly under the second injector in from the front of the engine. Black Plastic cylinder that seats into the crank case vent. if you remove it and kind of turn it over and back you should hear something moving back and forth. Should be able to trace a vacuum hose from the upper intake with your hand (if it's small enough) straight DOWN to it. I emphasize down as I think 2 or 3 hoses run under the upper intake. If you cannot get at it directly...remove upper intake. Not too bad if you have a basic 50pc mechanics tool set. (metric size implied)

Thats from a 97, ours is the same location but it is a larger black rubber tube to a full platic body valve.

JibbaJibba thanks also for the quick response. I really appreciate it. now for the fuel filter and i am done with the tuneup
