Where does this hose go?

I've been having a combo of problems lately, which led me to replace the spark plugs and wires, IAC, TPS, ALTERNATOR, and MAF.

The truck has been idling rough lately.
After I changed the spark plugs, I noticed this hose just tucked under the intake manifold. Where shoudl it connect? I've looked around but can't seem to find anything. While fiddling, I notice that if I plug it with my finger, the idle smooths out.
The second picture is where it was when I noticed it.

Uhh is the brake booster hooked up?

Welcome to TRS :)

Not sure on the 1995 3.0l

Does it run to the PCV Valve on drivers side valve cover

Yes, to large of a hose to not be connected, would for sure effect engine operation if unhooked

Power brake booster(dirtman) or PCV Valve would be the only 2 devices that need that large of a vacuum hose

Thank yall so much! The Brake booster was hooked up, so I tried looking for the PCV. Not sure if it's what I found, but I found a hose that seemed to be leading that way, and took the Throttle cable plate off to see it. It's connected to the circled bit and follows the green line. Cranked and ran much smoother. I'll take it for a ride tomorrow after work.

Isn't there a little diagram on the top of the radiator support frame that tells you where the hoses go? That's what I go by.

There was never one on my 2009. I guess they stopped caring by then...

They are specifically designed to dissolve and disappear as soon as the vehicle enters the gates of the u-pull junk yards.
