Ok I know that if it is summer time and it's 80 degrees out side and I just drove 20 miles my tires are going to be HOT and air EXPANDS when hot so I know that if I take a reading of my pressure during the above scenario I am absolutely going to get a DIFFERENT reading then parking my truck in the shade and not driving it for a couple hours SOOOO lets park the truck in the shade and not drive for two hours THEN take my pressure and at that moment ajust to my specs which is 35 psi.
So now I drive down the road in the heat and take my pressure and now it is reading like 40 something, lol, so to make a long story short should I take my tire pressure during winter while it's like 45 55 degrees out or when it's like 20 degrees out?
The other day I checked the pressure with my DIGITAL gauge and it was about 50 degrees out and my tires were not in the sun and I had not driven for about 2 hours and I put EXACTLY 35psi in each tire.
Today ( at this moment ) it is about 15 degrees and I just checked the pressure in all four tires and they are reading like 30- 31 psi SOOOOOO if the temp out side is going to be below freezing for several weeks shouldn't I got pump up the tires back to 35 psi knowing they kinda sorta technically ALREADY have 35 psi in them assuming it was just a bit warmer out side
Are you following me? do I ride around for a month in cold weather at 30 psi and be under inflated knowing that if it just warmed up my tires would be back at 35 anyways.
