Ok new guy here. I bought a 87 b2 for my daughter for her high school ride. We are lifting it 5 inches..I'm putting 33x12.5-15 tires on it. I understand that the norm is 4 inch bacspace and 8 inch wide. We like the look of that size tire with a 10 inch wide wheel. I am not to concerned about stuffing the tires as this will be street driven 99 % of the time. Can I put 15x10 without rubbing everywhere. I don't have a problem with trimming but I would rather not. The bronco will see a little mud, mostly easy trails. Any advice on the subject would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know a lot about wheels. All I really know about wheels is that they have the potential for going round and round when installed on a bus.

Well at least that clears up my next question of what wheels do. Thanks adsm

a 10" wide wheel is gonna eat up bearings, ask me how i know. with a d28 under the truck, i would stick to an 8" wide wheel. take a look at my avatar, those are 33x12.5's on a 15x10 wheel, 3.5(?) backspace. if i were doing it again i would probably consider 8" wide wheels. either way, the truck is getting a d35.

better yet, here's a few more pics
