OK...I need to replace both quarter panels due to rust...but I want to wait till spring if possible to see if she rots enough to simply replace the box...

What I want to do is put those plastic fender flares around the wheel opening and am looking for some ideas...it does not have to be Ford...because I've seen some from a Jeep that looked pretty good...pics would be appreciated...

I don't really care if they are square or rounded...I was looking at a later year Ranger that has the rounded plastic mouldings and they would work...just wanted to get a feel for it before heading to the junkyard...

TIA!

OK...I won't use parts from a Jeep...

Has anyone done this? I mean instead of replacing the rear quarters (which I will do in the spring if the box makes it) just cut them back a bit and fit on plastic trim pieces...

Bump for pics wanting to do the same with some flares

I saw a Dodge Ram truck with some that would work well...problem was it was in a parking lot and I didn't want to take them from a working truck...they are bolt on and a bit big for the Ranger...didn't take pics...didn't even get to measure them as the guy was gone by the time I got back out...
