wheel opinions

well im thinking switching rims on my truggy. it currently has wheels from a 04 jeep rubicon. i like them but i want a 15inch wheel. they are 16's

i found these

i really like them. now my question is. what wheels would you choose? theres a number of reasons im thinking of changeing such as

16in vs 15in
tires are a bit more expensive for a 16in rim
the center hole is bigger on the 15 and i want to run lock outs on the front, i cant with rubi wheels
