wheel help

i bought a nice set of american racing wheels from a guy today for my ranger and i didnt think to check them so tryed them on my ranger and they didnt fit i mesured the lug pattern and they where 5x 4.75 8inch 15's im not for sure what they fit im guessing there chevy does anyone know if there is any way i can make them work they are nice wheels i allready bought a set of 33" tire and dont have wheels for them now any help would be great

i seen some wheel spacers does any one make somthing like that to chage your lug pattern does any one know

Yup they have wheel adapters to solve problems like yours, go online to google and type in wheel adapters
