Wheel Cap confirmation

Probably something to do with the lug nuts more than the wheels. The 93 would have likely had a the capped lugs with screw-in style caps. The 98 probably has uncapped lugs with snap on caps.

If you have the right lugs those caps will work.

Ok, gotcha, yeah I've got the lugs that have the beveled wheel side, and capped other.

The hub cap style was changed in '95.

In this picture you can see one older style lug nut, and one newer style. The newer one is the one up top and is the type you need to mount the later hub caps.

Damn, so much for a decent deal on some good looking caps. The ones for my year kinda suck ass.

So go to a junkyard and pick some nuts up off the ground. They'll probably give them to you since they already got so many they'd just throw them away otherwise.
