Yesterday I had to replace a wheel bearing in my truck. It was sqeeking and grinding and making all kinds of sounds. After i repllaced it it ran fine for about 15 miles. Now when i hit the breaks it really sqeeks loud. If it tap the breaks it goes away.
. The breaks were fine when i pulled it apart and had over half the pads left. What could it be? Is it possible that i just tightened down my axle but to hard or do i have to replace the breaks now. The rim feels warmer than the other side but not hot. Or did i just get a bad bearing? Thanks for any help in advance.
