I agree with you all, this is total BS!! What are they going to do next, go after company's that use any Ford vehicle name, ie Bronco Grave Yard? Someone at FOMOCO must have there head buried pretty deep. Don't they realize that websites such as this only promote their products? Are they afraid these sites are taking money out of their pockets somehow? Maybe they should go after some of the millions in perks that the Ford execs get and leave the little guys, the ones that make those perks possible, alone! I have been a Ford owner for most of my 50 years and can honestly say that I am truly disappointed in the Ford management for stooping to such a level!

First, it isn't Ford, it's a law firm that in some way represents Ford. If Jim pays them $5,000 they are going to pocket it as legal fees for defending Ford. Ford itself, if you showed them this site, wouldn't give a damn about it. If Jim had not used the Ford emblem in decals he had for sale this law firm would not have started this. The rest of it is just bullshit because Ford gave Jim press credentials so he can use the images from their press website for informational purposes. Any pictures a member took are property of that member. Everything except the selling of the decals is just to add to the sinking feeling they want you to have when you read their amiable correspondence.
