what years 7.5 will fit my truck

i have an 88 ford ranger 4x4 and was goin to change my chunk but wanted to know if i just get a whole rear end what year rangers can i get it from that will just bult right up i know i have to get the right ratio

and will the 8.8 for the 90 and up ranger bolt up to my truck with no modification
