What will win in tow off??

Yep. We started off 2wd vs. 2wd, but as we all know that didn't quite go so well. But it pulled him both in 4x4 high and low. We did it on the dirt also instead of pavement. I wish I would have gotten a video, but I forgot. I can get a video if we do it another time. Sorry though...

the other thing to remember is the driver. do you punch it or do you feather it or some where in between????????????????

I guess you guys didn't read the whole thread. Tundra beat him in 2wd like we all said, but in 4 wheel he won.

kennykenny has it correct....in 2wd my Ranger got pulled, but the Ranger dominated in 4wd.

you would be suprised what a Ranger can do in 4wd. ive hooked up to both a1984 K5 blazer with a 350 and a 97 shortbed regular cab Ram 1500 with a 360 both in 4 lo went down on separate ocasions to my ranger. i had the k-5 beat by 50 horses and the dodge only had me by 20.
its got alot to do with power to weight they weighed about the same as my ranger (4580lbs with me in the drivers seat) and a full tank but my SOHC had a better power to weight ratio so i pulled them both. that and they hopped in tightened up the chain, and stomped on it while i slow rolled into the throttle and didnt break traction.
