what vehicles to get lockouts from??

im having huge problems with my auto hubs and want to get manuals tomorrow. what i need to know is first did dana 35 ttb 27spline rangers ever come with manual lockouts?

also what other vehicles i could get a set of manual lockouts from? i was thinking an older jeep with the dana 35 27spline...does anyone know for sure what make and model and approx. year? i can have whatever hubs i want for free at my cousins junkyard i just need to know where to look....thanks

any Ranger with a 4.0 ( 2nd gen i believe ) has the 27 spline hubs

also 1st Gen Expo's ( 91-94 ) have them as well.....

never have seen Jeep's with D35 "top hat" hubs on em'...except the rear with the Warn set-up...

Manual hubs (together with t-case) were a "delete" option for the auto crap on pretty much all years where the D35 was used. Because of this, D35 manual hubs are not very common in the junkyards.

They are out there though, but do keep a backup plan for buying some new just in case. (Jeeps did not come with hubs that will fit ours, they are aftermarket only)

ok well i did a temperary fix for now, i welded the dog gears in the auto hubs together and put it back on so its always in the locked position and it works great but i still want manual hubs so it looks like after xmas ill buy the TRS warn hubs its the best deal i can find around
