what vehicle would you buy for offroad only

Why does it have to be an extended cab? I would not pick a Ranger for off road use only...I would go with a 84-87 Toyota truck (or 4Runner) with solid axles and a real decent lift and use 35's on it since this is what I had before and I used it 3 weekends a month for 7 years and it never EVER broke down on me...not once!!! It had flat black paint with black cloth interior and I used a Warn 9,000lb winch that I very seldom had to use...to get a friend out of trouble but not for my Toyota.

lol....now adays that same decent toyota or 4runner with a solid axel (85 and older) is too much to spend then what he wants.

rangers anymore people seem to think are made of gold, trucks 5 years ago i woulda paid next to nothing for people want 2500 for lol

explorers are a dime a dozen around here, and not too badly priced. i bought one for body parts for $300 and all it really needed to run was a fuel pump.

but yeah lifting it cheap, haha.....

geo tracker......saz-all the wheel wells and put f-150 wheels on it.. trust me it will work if you ream the front holes out for the hubs the bolt pattern is the same.

I would get a 4wd four wheeler. They are easy to haul, easy on gas, will go more places than a truck... rollovers are more personal though.

ex cab only because im 6'4" 280lbs and usually have to unbolt my seats and move them back a few inches and need to room to do so.
