What tuning solutions are available for the 4.0L OHV engines (EEC-4)

I'm looking for a user-programable tuning solution for the 4.0L motor from a 93 Ranger. I've changed the cam, and made some other modifications to the engine and now I'd like to modify the calibration to get the engine paramters dialed in. Like the title states, I need some information on the products that are available and any anyones thoughts/recommendations on them.
