What to part out on 83 2.3L 4x4?

What would you guys grab for parts before getting rid of an 83 2.3L 4x4 long bed? My stable consists of the 83, and also a '95 4.0 4x4 daily driver and an 84 2wd.

The 83 has been sitting in my back yard for about 3 years with a blown head gasket, cracked exhaust manifold, and when parked it probably needed a valve job. Now I'm to the point where the list of fixes to drive or sell is too long.

I'm thinking I'd pull:
- manual t-case
- leaf springs (for building a taller pack on the 95)
- doors (for the 84)
- front sheet metal (also for the 84)
- gauge cluster (84 had idiot lights)
- bench seat (just for some furniture in the garage

Anything else?

If anyone in the area (north Minneapolis) is interested in something let me know.

I'd be pulling that trans. 4x4 4-cyl transmissions are rare.

If it was the 5 speed I definitely would pull it, but are the 4 speeds that desirable?
