The system has a min of 70 psi of "freon" in it already, the fuse is good but the clutch on the pulley will not turn on. Is it the wiring? :icon_confused: I know very little about these systems.
 
Field coil could be shot. Check power to the clutch.
 
If you don't have power at the compressor, then the field coil is not the problem. The problem is you don't have power at the compressor. I would disconnect the high pressure switch, short the two pins in the harness and check for power at the compressor again. If you now have power, then the high pressure switch is bad and needs to be replaced. If you still don't have power, hook the high pressure switch back up and do the same thing to the low pressure switch. If both switches are good, check the AC relay.
