So I run a little yard service that I do 10-12 yards every 2 weeks. Anyway I am having a friend run another branch in another town (and make 10% of what he makes since I am the boss)since we will both have are license next we were thinking of a truck. Now do my pal and I spilt the work truck and each get our self a car for personal use or just get two trucks? I have know the guy for about 5 year and trust him so I was thinking we would both be professional about a shared vehicle but there alway a second tough. Thank for any advice

i would get two trucks cause, what if you both need it at the same time?

jus sayin.

good luck with your decision

trucks

he get one you get one mixing business and friendship is alway dangerous

ok I think I see what you guys mean.

Yard work is great and so many people need to have somebody else do it for them now. A lot of retired people are getting older. My nephew makes $400 a week part time mowing lawns for retired people. He is 19 and has a nice trailer and 2008 4 door 4x4 Tacoma to haul his stuff around. He has been doing this for 4 years now. I used to do it part time when I was a kid and he got the idea from me. He does it by himself. He does not want to split the profit. Dixie Chopper ridding mower is a plus to breeze that yard mowing.

Someone once told me that mowing laws is the easiest business to start up. You start with a couple of homeowner quality push mowers and a single riding mower, a trailer and a small pickup truck and you go from there. Soon you'll be buying contractor grade equipment and hiring illegal immigrants to do the mowing while all you do is sit around at a desk smoking cigars and doing paperwork.

yeah man, 2 trucks. i had 2 fraternity brothers that started a construction business together several years back. now, one lives in alabama now and the other lives in ohio and they dont talk. and not just that, you're in 2 different towns.
