So I DD my ranger and I was going to do a SAS but not i'm debating keeping the dana 35 but I currently have the gears welded which sucks if I want 4x4 on the road in the winter. So I'm debating getting a limited slip or locker of some sort. I dont off road really hard so can anyone recommend a unit that isn't overkill in price for what my needs are?

Hit a junkyard, dying jeeps are everywhere. That is the plan for mine. I don't want/need a full on locker but it would be nice to have all four pulling in snow or mud when I need it. They are the same clutch setup as what Ford put in the back of most Rangers. Not as good as a Torson... for the price difference I am ok with new clutch packs every half a million miles or better (they last about 100k in the rear, should last a lot longer in the front with the hubs unlocked most of the time)
