what things to replace?

well i have a 90 ext cab and im pretty sure its running all original underneath. i am going to put on some new springs front and rear and i was wondering what other stuff i should replace while im at it such as bushings or what ever?

All stock you say ??? Check bushings and ball joints, Radius arms and rusty bolts. Shocks will never hurt, and check tie rod ends and steering joints.

Check for grease zert and grease them if you can...
