What springs to use

I have a B II with a body lift, & a suspension lift. It has a 302 w/ auto and a Smithy built bumpers. Man who built the truck used front springs from a 89 or so pick-up. They are 5 1/2" in dia.[ verses the stock 4 3/4 ] I want to lower the truck, and keep the bumper. Anyone know what springs would give me just a slight lift from stock, and still support the 302 & the bumper weight ?

I'm running James duff early bronco coils. You can also buy adjustible coil buckets through ballistic if i remember right.
