what size tires?

Hi everyone,
i have been lurking here for a while and need some more info
i just bought a 93 ranger 4x4 splash (stepside) and was wondering what size tires i could fit on it keeping it stock? will 31's fit it or only 30's ?

30s will be no problem. If you put 31s on there might be a little rubbing under suspension compression. It also depends on the condition of the springs. If they are worn out and sagging it might rub more. The rears will fit fine, the front is where you might have problems. I would put the 31s on and try it for a while and see if there is rubbing, if there is then I would put new springs (or from an F150 at a junkyard) on the front to take care of the problem.

31's will fit just fine on stock rims.

Here is my 97 splash 4x4 (with bagged out front springs) with 31x10.50's on stock 2008 ranger sport rims

They do not rub whatsoever.
