I was just looking over things last night and I found this dangleing on its own. I'm not sure what it is or what hoses go to it? Does anyone know what this is for?

It's your evap. canister purge solenoid valve.

People really love cutting random parts off these trucks. I'm in the middle of a complete overhaul I'm having to do to catch all of the craziness someone did.
