What is your workout routine?

I have 2.5 acres. More than 1/2 of it is woods. I give it 3 days and it will look like I didn't touch it. The wind will just blow more leaves out onto the lawn and into the flower beds.

Setting it on fire might be a good idea... we're talking about moving anyway.
Insurance.

Gym? What's a Gym?

I stand/walk/lift/squat/et al for 8 to 9 hours a day, five to six days a week. Today I did 5.5 hours of double-inversion training. That's where you hang yourself over a core support, bent in an upside down U like a wet noodle.

Then for the last hour or so I did squats and lifting while putting a water pump in a 1.6.

Tomorrow I think I get to do half-toe touches because I have an Impala with a leaking injector.

No real workout for me... I need to though. my exercise is mowing the lawn every week or so until fall, walking two blocks from my cars parking space to work and back to my car (if I am not super lazy and take the free shuttle bus, and with the cold coming that is going to be more frequent)

other than that, I get a lot of arm exercise pushing a mouse around a desk and any running I do is generally running off at the mouth...

Oh. Poor you. That's a nasty workout schedule.

Ya, I've seen your photos and videos on Instagram. You look like you could pick up your Ranger, and set it on jack stands. LOL.

Well, I have removed and installed the bed on my ranger by myself a few times, so I guess that kind of counts. :icon_twisted:

For general health and fitness, the training I do is a bit overkill. But being strong and healthy helps a lot with day to day stuff and can help prevent injuries such as herniated discs from improper spinal alignment when say, lifting a couch or installing a 722.4 Mercedes transmission which is a heavy piece of Scheiße.

Woof. What are you doing working on a GM product.

I get hurt when I go to the gym. So it's cardio, pushups, sit ups, projects around the house, and doing things in the outdoors.

I just took the garbage out... there are leaves on my driveway. :flipoff:

Did you hear that?

On the wind?

It was a euro-trash exhaust note.

Of a 2.9

Spreading joy, oil drips, coolant (beat you a**holes to it), and leaves on your f***ing driveway.

I was at a point in my life where I couldn't work more than a couple hours in a day. Physiotherapy has helped me get to 5-6 hrs a day. I need new knees but the orthopedic surgeons I've seen say its not bad enough to operate yet.
I'm keeping up the stretching and mobility exercises (somewhat) and as soon as I'm settled in a (semi) permanent place will be setting up a small gym in a spare room. A exercise bike for cardio and a free weight bench.

I figured it was the aftermath of a 2.9L... it's only 3 or 4 leaves. Just think of all the havoc you can wreak when you get the supercharger finished.

You could probably go fast enough to blow the leaves off the hood of your truck.

Be sure to keep them out of the cowl... once you can attain that kind of headwind.
