What is wrong?

When I watch the raw video straight from the GoPro on my computer it looks movie perfect. I trimmed it down because it was really long and now it gets pixelated. I used the GoPro Cinimax software to trim it down, I didn't change anything else.

Seems fine to me. I do see a little pixelation but not much to worry about IMO. I did watch it on my phone using 4g and on HQ mode on YouTube without any start/stopping.

I had a device that recorded in HD but if the light was wrong, such a to dark, it would be pixelated badly weather i replayed it on the device or on a computer.

The "before" is picture perfect clear though... that bugs me.
