I suppose that this is the forum I should be in considering there is an electircal plug in the following pics.

I was poking around trying to find a good place to hook up my temp sensor for my OHC and found this plug that goes into what is now a rusted box.

For perspective, you would be looking at the front of the vehichle so this part is on your left.

Can anyone tell me what this is ?

could it have been the connector for fog lights? just guessing.

Nope. Positive its not fog lites. Was thinkin AirBag sensor but I need confirmation

I am 99.99% sure that is the airbag sensor. I have the same looking boxes on my stang.
