Well I can't see it wonderfully in that picture, but comparing it to the Component Location charts in the wiring manual, I think it is the IAC.

Thanks. Sorry about that pic. I went and looked at the truck a few days ago and I am going to get it today and knew I needed that piece. The engine suppose to be bad. And If that part is important I would need it to test engine out.
