what is the other thing on top of the fuel tank?

What is the part that goes into the top of the fuel tank the is right behind the fuel pump? It looks like one vacuum line hooks up to it and one vacuum line about 2 inches long with a cap on the end. The main piece fits into a rubbber grommet on top of the tank. What is this part called and where can I find one other than the dealership?

It is the collector tap for the evap system. I really dont know where to get one.

thanks for the reply! what exactly is the purpose of it? i broke one of the fittings off and "seal all" contact adhesive and sealant isnt strong enough to with stand the pressure of me reinstaliing the part no matter how much i baby it. hahaha

There is a system in the truck that collects the vapors from fuel that evaporates in the tank and stores it for later use. The piece you broke is the collector where the vapor line hooks up to the tank.
