what does crank the torsion bars mean?? and how its done??

You tighten the bolt at the torsion bar under the cab.

This twists the bar up more and causes the truck to gain some lift. It will also make it ride stiffer. I will say though that cranking the torsions and adding a nice shock does wonders for the edges offroad.

i dont think you have torsion bars. unless its an edge or 4x4
