specs dana 44 front 1345 transfer case . i need a dual cardan shaft for my front . did a 5.0 swap and my buddy had this tcase i could use. its all in but i dont have a front drive shaft. the stock shaft would be a perfect fit but the yoke on the tcase end is too wide . what shaft could i get from a yard that would bolt to the 1345 case? i dont have a problem welding up one thats how i got my rear one done. or does any one know of a site that would have a different yoke i could buy? winter is coming and i would really like to get a shaft figured out. i have a stock explorer rear i was going to cut and fit but my drive line angle is too steep for single ended joints.

Most towns have a shop that does drive shaft fabrication. Local transmission shops should be able to give you a source. You mentioned that you fabricated your rear drive shaft. How did you balance it?

my shaft isnt balanced. its .003 out and actually smoother than my old set up. we dont have any shops in town worthy enough of tackling this.
