what does this fuse control?

hey i was wondering what this fuse controls.its on a 95 ford ranger 4.0l

That should be the 10 amp fuse for the air bag. (fuse 19) and it looks like you have a 30 amper in there? Kinda looks like you have a bunch of fuses that are the wrong amperage there?

Rep added for the awesome diagram, I can never find one when I need one. And yes its a 30 amp fuse. Way too big.
 
thanks for the diagram.i guess i will have to buy a box of fuses and replace the wrong ones.for some reason the fuse keep blowing for the airbag and the airbag light come off and on intermittently.
 
bad wire. get your hand-held AM radio and tv remote out. Make sure the remote has fresh batteries too.
