Well I am new, but I'll play.

I work in Force Protection in Iraq. I have many tasks with in that job that all center around keeping people alive. Since I have taken over the job here we have had ZERO fatalities do to hostile action inside the wire on my watch. I put together threat vulnerability assessments, make recommendations to higher on what I feel may me vulnerable areas, and I provide security in an untypical law enforcement form. I also design and oversee the construction of bunkers. I plan and implement tasks and physical protection that negates hostile action against coalition forces and civilian support personnel.

I'm a former - law enforcement officer who took a 10 year flyer into the auto racing business in the 80's (Trans-AM) then I adopted two kids and later went to work for the adoption agency. Good work.

For all of those who are out of work, about to graduate, or you are tired of snow and ice in the winter, I offer the following connections. The hurricane opened a lot of jobs in the construction industry. The oil boom is putting a lot of welders and machinists to work. Meanwhile we have a lot a race tracks, mud bogs, and rock climbing places around the state. Gas is 1.86 today, if you stay out of Austin, North Dallas or Riveroaks Houston - real estate is reasonable. See below
